What do you need?
Orders and payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ScalaPay, and Advance Bank Transfer. All transactions are protected by advanced security systems.
Can I cancel or modify an existing order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled if they haven't been processed by our warehouse yet. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at shop@capuzzimoda.com or via WhatsApp at +39 3913138601.
Where can I find my invoice?
You will receive your purchase receipt via email immediately after order confirmation. If you require a commercial invoice, please request it at the time of purchase by providing the necessary details (Company Name, VAT number, SDI Code, and/or PEC email).
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No, you can complete your purchase as a “Guest‟. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save products to your Wishlist, and speed up future checkouts. Additionally, you will gain access to the VIP Area after placing at least one order of €100.00 or more.
Shipping and delivery
What are the shipping times and costs?
We ship throughout Italy within 48-72 working hours. International shipping (Europe and worldwide) takes 3-5 working days. During sales or promotional periods, shipping may take longer. Free Shipping: For orders over €180.00 Italy: €7.00 EU Countries: €25.00 Non-EU Countries: €30.00
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.
What should I do if my tracking link is not active or not updating?
Tracking links are not updated in real time. We recommend waiting a few hours for the courier to register the information. If the problem persists, contact our customer service at shop@capuzzimoda.com.
Can I pick up my online order directly at the boutique?
Yes, we offer a free "In-Store Pickup" service. Select this option at checkout, and your order will be ready for collection at our boutique in Casoli (CH) 66043, via Selva Piana, 82.
Are there additional costs for shipping outside the EU?
For non-EU shipments, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Can I change the shipping address of an order already placed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the shipping address once an order has been completed.
Returns and refunds
How can I make a return?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the package. Access your personal account or enter the email address used during purchase and select the "Request Return" option. If you need assistance, email us at shop@capuzzimoda.com. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, with tags and security seals intact.
Is the return free?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. You may choose your own trusted courier; in this case, the responsibility remains yours until the return is delivered to our warehouse. Alternatively, Capuzzi Moda offers a return service via our partner couriers at a cost of €7.00 (Italy), €25.00 (EU), or €30.00 (Non-EU), which will be deducted from your refund. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
What happens if I receive a defective item?
Every garment is meticulously checked before shipping. If you find a defect, please report it within 24 hours of receipt by attaching photos. We will arrange for the collection and replacement at our expense.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
If you received an item different from the one ordered, please contact customer service at shop@capuzzimoda.com providing your order number.
Can I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, please request a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

How do I use my promotional code?

Can the first-purchase discount code be combined with other offers?
No, it can only be used on items from the new collection or items that are not already discounted.

How can I access the VIP Area?
You can become a VIP customer by subscribing to our newsletter and after making a first purchase of at least €100.00. Once this goal has been reached, your profile will be automatically activated. After logging into the website, you will be able to access dedicated prices and exclusive products.
What are the benefits of the VIP Area?

Can I unsubscribe from the VIP area?
